Swannay sleeps 4 and has a panoramic seaview from the garden.

Swannay Cottage accommodation comprises:

• 1 twin bedroom, 1 single bedroom, 1 double bedroom
• Bathroom with shower above bath
• Newly renovated country kitchen with huge double oven cooker with gas rings and microwave oven
• Utility room with washing machine, freezer, plenty of cupboard space and clothes horse (with ample drying facilities outside)
• Comfortable sitting room with Freeview TV/DVD and a choice of books to read
• Large enclosed garden which is a lovely suntrap on bright days and is safe for pets and children
• Free WiFi throughout
• Ample private parking space

A highchair / travel cot is available on request.

Well behaved pets are welcome. Please note to keep your dog well controlled when out walking, so as not to disturb livestock and wildlife.

A non-smoking policy applies throughout Swannay Cottage.

Rates

The cottage is available all year round. Bookings at Swannay Cottage are taken from Saturday to Saturday. Short breaks may be available (minimum 3 nights stay) throughout the year except for the months of June, July and August. Please contact us for more information. A non refundable 20% deposit will be required for all bookings, with balance paid in full 3 weeks before arrival. We accept cash, cheques and payment via BACS. Rental starts at 4.00pm on arrival day (Saturday) and finishes at 10.00am on departure day (Saturday). This enables us to clean the house ready for our next guests.
